As a lead Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded film and video footage, applying artistic editing techniques and creating finished upload ready projects that accurately reflect the vision of the team.

Our Primary focus is for video production is on social media platforms  (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)

To ensure success as a Video Editor, you should have expert knowledge of modern video editing techniques, be able to visualize concepts and work according to a strict time schedule. Ultimately, a top-notch Video Editor can perfectly translate an idea into a beautifully crafted video.

Video Editor Responsibilities:

• Meeting with the Team to determine production vision.
• Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list.
• Manipulating video footage using modern editing techniques.
• Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value.
• Trimming footage and putting together the rough project.
• Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
• Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.
• Consulting with the team throughout the project.
• Creating the final cut for multiple online platforms.

Requirements for Video Editors (Reccomended):

• Some form of schooling in Film Studies, Cinematography, or related field.
• Previous work experience as a Video Editor.
• Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe Products, Davinci Resolve or Sony Vegas.
• Audio Editing
• Creative and artistic skills.
• Familiarity with 3D composition and special effects.
• Portfolio of completed film/video productions.
• Ability to work to a tight schedule.
• Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.

SEO/Social Media Manager duties and responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Hire and train others in the team
• Provide constructive feedback

Social Media Manager requirements and qualifications (Reccomended)

• 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and other social media best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

Our ideal candidate is proficient in the entire Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. We need someone with a diverse skillset and who knows how to combine illustrations, photography, and text to deliver a message to our target audience.

You must be able to brainstorm ideas with our team, develop artistic ideas for each project, and meet project deadlines. Candidates must submit a portfolio of past work for consideration.

• Consulting with the team throughout the project.
• Creating the final design for multiple online platforms or mechandise.
• Creating final designs on blueprints of designs.

Requirements for Digital Artists (Reccomended):

• Some form of schooling in graphic arts, traditional arts, typography, bindery, product development, or related field.
• Previous work experience as a Digital Artist.
• Hands-on experience including Adobe Products, Blender, or Autocad Products.
• Creative and artistic skills.
• Familiarity with 2D/3D design and modeling.
• Portfolio of previously completed projects.
• Ability to work to a tight schedule.
• Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.
